How it may be delivered

Programming may be embedded into Kraken athletics, delivered through short team lessons, workshops, small groups, parent and family education, mentorship, camps, or stand-alone educational sessions.

Embedding it in athletics is the most likely first step: the moments that teach resilience and self-leadership are already happening at training, and a lesson attached to something a child just lived through lands better than one delivered in a classroom a week later.
