Impact is what changesfor the child, family and community.
As programs launch, Kraken Academy will measure more than participation. We want to understand whether children are developing, families are finding value, coaches and instructors are improving, and community resources are reaching the people they are meant to serve.
What we intend to publish
Attendance is the easiest number to collect and the least informative. These are the measures we are building the systems to report — chosen before there is any data, so the choice cannot be made to flatter the result.
